Arabian Ranches III by Emaar

Emaar Development today marked the ground-breaking ceremony on Arabian Ranches III – the newest phase of the premium gated villa community, which recorded a sell-out response from investors and homebuyers with its first two neighbourhoods SUN and JOY.

Arabian Ranches III is an extension of Dubai’s well-established Arabian Ranches destination.

In line with its slogan ‘Find Your Happy’, Arabian Ranches III will increase the happiness and well-being of its residents with a lazy river, sports courts, kids splash pads, a clubhouse, a central park and a retail area, among numerous other family-friendly amenities.

The key feature of Arabian Ranches III is the central park designed for unwinding and neighbourly get-togethers. Miral projects worth AED 6.2 billion under construction on Yas Island

Miral, Abu Dhabi’s creator of destinations, is investing AED 6.2 billion into entertainment and leisure projects on Yas Island, with steady growth reaffirmed as it achieved 28 million visits in 2018.


It doesn’t end there: Miral has more development plans as it continues to grow Yas Island into an entertainment, leisure and business destination.

Upcoming attractions to come include CLYMB, a new sport facility that will feature the world’s widest indoor skydiving flight chamber and highest indoor climbing wall, complements Yas Island’s existing experiences. It also provides a record-breaking option for adrenaline and fitness enthusiasts.

SeaWorld Abu Dhabi, a next-generation marine-life theme park which also includes the UAE’s first dedicated R4 marine research, rescue, and rehabilitation and release center, is another project that will be an exciting addition to the island’s immersive attractions and experiences.

Town Square Dubai by Nshama, which focuses on building homes highly sought-after by families in trendy neighborhoods away from the bustle, will hand over 5,000 additional residences this year taking the total number of homes handed over to more than 6,600.

SE7EN City JLT by Seven Tides

The project, valued at over AED1 billion and due for completion during Q2 2021, completely sold out phase one in less than a week following its launch in May 2018 – selling 661 apartments, valued at AED 301,863,775 million, sales now total over 800 units.

“To sell out phase one of our project in less than one week is remarkable, particularly given the tough trading conditions many developers are facing,” said Abdulla Bin Sulayem, CEO, Seven Tides.

“We are offering excellent value at a competitive price point. In addition, we offer a very attractive easy payment option consisting of a 5% deposit, followed by payments equal to 6% of the cost price to be paid every subsequent quarter. We estimate that studios should yield 12% per annum.”

Spread across 3.5 million square feet and situated within Cluster Z in DMCC, opposite the Montgomery and Emirates’ golf courses and the Emirates Hills community – the development is made up of 2,744 units – with its residential element consisting of 2,617 studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments as well as a limited number of duplex apartments, plus 78 hotel rooms.

The striking design sits upon a common podium, which plays host to promenade restaurants overlooking a lake.
