Dubai: Kanoo launches two luxury villa projects in Jumeirah

The Kanoo Group, one of the largest family-owned groups of companies in the GCC, has launched two new luxury compound villa projects – Haya and Alyazzi – at Jumeirah, Dubai.

Designed by AD&D and constructed by Al Ghurair Contracting company, the new rental villas offer open-plan layout, with three-bedroom units from 4,036 sq ft to 4,112 sq ft and four-bedroom from 4,760 sq ft to 5,014 sq ft, in addition to maid’s room, featuring modern and contemporary elements that give each home a sleek look, focused around luxury, modern family living.

The latest addition to The Kanoo Group’s property portfolio consists of five and eight stand-alone villas in Compound 2 – Haya Villas, and Compound 3 – Alyazzi Villas respectively.

Residents living in Haya and Alyazzi Villas will enjoy the benefits of their private landscaped gardens, but will also have the convenience of socialising in a close-knit neighbourhood.
