Dubai: Binghatti Developers unveil phase 2 of AED400mn waterfront project
Dubai-based Binghatti Developers launched the phase 2 of its AED400mn waterfront project, Millennium Binghatti Residences, along with attractive discounts and special payment plans.
Following the success of Millennium Binghatti Residences first sales phase, the developer decided to launch the second sales phase of the waterfront project which is valued at AED135mn.
This 29-storey waterfront project is currently being constructed by Dubais Water Canal in Business Bay and is expected to be completed by Q4 2019. This project features several hotel-inspired lifestyle amenities such as a health club, a swimming pool, jacuzzi, panoramic lifts, a covered parking, a landscaped garden, in addition to various
services which include grocery, housekeeping, concierge, daycare, catering, laundry services, as well as 24/7 maintenance hotline.
